Terms of engagement
- The completed appointment request form and our exchanges are end-to-end encrypted and subject to the privacy policy.
- The rates provided, should your profile meet my requirements, are non-negotiable.
- The deposit required to secure your booking may be paid by credit card via my SumUp account (secure payment platform) or by bank transfer to my Wise account (domiciled in Belgium). Your data is secured directly by these two platforms; I do not have access to it.
- Cancellation Policy: the deposit is non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation more than 48 hours before the session, the deposit paid is retained if you reschedule the session within 45 days of the original date. Beyond this period, the deposit is forfeited.
- In the event of cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit must be paid to book again.
- In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session, the deposit is forfeited and I expect payment of the full balance, as it is impossible for me to schedule another appointment in your stead. Exceptional case: in the event of a health issue, you will be exempt from the full payment upon presentation of an official certificate (medical certificate, COVID-19 test result, hospitalization record, etc.).
- Terms for the proper conduct of the session: you must arrive sober, clean, fed, and hydrated. You shall respect my boundaries and my consent. If you are intoxicated (alcohol, drugs) or if you exceed my boundaries, I will terminate the session and dismiss you; no refund will be possible. You will be added to my blacklist and I will no longer agree to meet with you.
